We want you to feel fully supported and confident when investing in yourself. This policy explains how purchases, cancellations, and refunds work for our digital products, workshops, and coaching services.

1. Digital Products (e.g., toolkits, downloads, audio files)

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all digital product purchases are final and non-refundable.

 

If you experience a technical issue (e.g., download error), we will happily help you access your purchase.

2. Online Workshops, Mini Courses, and Live Events

 

2.1 Free workshops

No payment required. No refunds apply.

 

2.2 Paid workshops / courses

Refunds are not offered once access has been granted or the live session has started.

 

If you cannot attend live, replays or materials will be provided where indicated.

 

3. Coaching Services (1:1 or group)

3.1 Payment

Payments must be made in advance or via an agreed payment plan.

​

3.2 Refunds

​

Because coaching is a personalised, time-based service, all coaching payments are non-refundable once sessions have begun.

 

If you have not yet started coaching and need to cancel:

 

  • 48+ hours before the first session: You may request a refund of your unused coaching package.

  • Less than 48 hours: No refund available.

3.3 Missed Sessions

​

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.

  • Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

4. Payment Plans

​

If you purchase via a payment plan:

 

  • You agree to complete all scheduled payments

  • Failure to pay may result in access being paused or cancelled

  • Refunds are not available for past payments

​

 

5. Exceptional Circumstances

​

We understand life happens. If you experience a serious hardship (bereavement, medical emergency, etc.), please contact us. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Chargebacks

 

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a breach of this policy.

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback with proof of delivery.
